📚 What Am I Testing?
Subwoofer Frequency Response
Use sweeps to identify peaks, dips, and port tuning frequencies. Listen for smooth, even bass response across the range.
Port Tuning
Ported subwoofers have a tuning frequency (usually 20-40 Hz) where output is loudest. Use single frequency mode to find this peak.
Room Gain & Bass Response
Low frequencies interact with room dimensions. Move around your listening space to hear how bass changes with position.
